"Today we ordered a double pram for our twins, we were thoroughly shown all our options and we walked away with a beautiful new pram. We had some logistical issues when home and the staff were so understanding and willing to help resolve something that they were absolutely not obliged to do. I am absolutely blown away with the amazing customer service at Alexander Byron, I will order again for that very reason!! Also to find a local shop that have a website to order through (and accept clearpay!) was so handy during a pandemic! I can’t believe we’ve never shopped here before!!!"

"My daughter delivered twin girls at 35 weeks in Sheffield (due to one of the girls needing treatment) and I wanted to send some clothes in ‘Tiny Baby’ size. I searched 6 different big named high street stores on the Friday- one had a few boys baby gros and I managed to find a 3 pack of plain white. I didn’t have time to order from any online stores as I needed to have them before Monday so was feeling rather frustrated. On the Saturday I checked Alexander Byrons website they had some beautiful clothes in the right size, I messaged the shop and explained my dilemma. I received a speedy response and I was able to find 3 lovely outfits, (2 of each) and placed the order online. The items were delivered to my Mums address before 4pm that same day! I cannot express how much this meant to me. Having babies during a pandemic is incredibly challenging for the parents (to say the least) as someone who wants to support her daughter but is unable to be there for her physically or even meet my grandchildren - this small gesture was one way of showing I’m still thinking of them all and offering support in other ways."
